The City of Lawrenceburg seeks proposals from qualified local landscape maintenance companies for repairs and ongoing maintenance of the public plantings in the town square.

The proposals should state the expectations of the landscape company for repairs/upgrades needed for the square at this time and going forward and proposed costs for those repairs/upgrades.   The proposals should also state the expectations for compensation for ongoing maintenance services going forward, including the formula for calculating the compensation, the proposed monthly or annual cost, and the factors that might influence those costs in the future.

The proposals should be submitted to the City Administrator at the Municipal Building no later than 4:00 pm, June 28, 2023.
